CHANGED FROM FULL TIME to PART TIME or the other way round?

 If so please advise the Branch Office as you may be paying too high subscriptions. It is the responsibility of the member to advise us of any change of contract, which affects the subscription rate you pay.  It is important that you let us know as soon as possible, as we are unable to refund the difference.

These are all issues that we handle on a regular basis.
